Since 2005 I have received 1,000 hours of professional bodywork training from: Esalen
Institute, the Berkeley Acupressure Institute, Mckinnon Institute, and the Pacific Center for Awareness and Bodywork in Kauai. I received a degree in Somatic Psychology from Naropa University, in 2011. Having a practice that spans a diverse range of techniques, my approach is oriented by listening closely to a person’s needs, and tailoring my work accordingly.

For those seeking deep relaxation, I offer Swedish and Esalen massage, Shiatsu, and Jin Shin Acupressure to calm and balance the channels of the subtle body. For people who seek longer lasting physical and postural transformation, I offer the comprehensive 10-session method of: Presence-Centered Structural Integration (akin to Rolfing).

Yogis and people wishing to “drop in” and deeply connect with themselves may also be
interested in ‘Samadhi Bodywork sessions’. Samadhi Sessions are a unique synthesis of
tranquilizing bodywork and body-centered awareness practice.

This variety of inner journeywork, the kind where a person leaves the feeling more open, kind, and clear inside, is one of the greatest sources of joy and meaning in my life.
